Revvy Profit Rocket

Make the process work before you automate it.

Profit Rocket is an add-on to Revvy's AI revenue intelligence. It will map how work really moves through a trades business, from the lead coming in to the invoice being paid, and Revvy's own team will help you fix the steps where it stalls.

Process mining

What Profit Rocket will measure.

Process mining reads the dates and times your records already hold, from the moment a lead comes in to the payment, and lays out how the work moved from step to step and from person to person.

  • Waits between steps

How long a lead waits for first contact, a quote for a decision or its first follow-up, a finished job for its invoice, and an invoice for payment.

  • Rework loops

Re-quotes, return visits to put work right, moved appointments and corrected invoices: each time the work goes back a step.

  • Straight-through rate

The share of work that runs from lead to paid invoice without going back a step.

  • Human cost of each step

The minutes a step takes, times a loaded hourly rate, times how often it happens. You will supply the minutes and the rate, and Revvy will show them as your figures, not its own.

  • Human error rate

How often work slips: completed jobs never invoiced, under-billing, missed follow-ups, unpaid balances, gaps in the records and return visits.

  • Tied to the revenue checks

A slow quote follow-up will be tied to the open-quote check Revvy already runs, so the same money is not counted twice.

Where a step has no time on record, Revvy will say so and leave it out. A missing time is never read as zero.

In the live demo today

The kind of stall Profit Rocket will measure.

Revvy's revenue analysis already finds this kind of stall: quotes that went out and then sat open, and how many of them have a follow-up on record.

The process view will show what the revenue view does not: how long each quote waited before its first follow-up, and at which step the work stopped.

A quote with no follow-up on record may still have been chased and never logged. That is a question for the team, not proof that nobody called.

The live demo runs on three sample businesses, with no sign-in.

Every step, sorted

Four ways to fix a step.

Profit Rocket will sort each step in the process into one of four kinds of fix.

  1. Delete

A step that serves no purpose is removed, not automated.

  2. Rule

A predictable decision goes to a written rule, such as flagging a quote that has waited too long or clearing duplicates from a queue.

  3. AI-assisted

Where a judgement needs evidence gathered first, AI does the gathering, such as summarising a quote's history or drafting a follow-up for a person to review.

  4. Human approval

Anything that touches money, and any message to a customer, waits for a named person to approve it.

Forward-deployed engineering

Revvy's own team, inside your process.

Profit Rocket will come with a service. In forward-deployed engineering, the people who build the fix work on your process with the people who run it. At Revvy, that will be Revvy's internal team, Laurence and Nick.

When Profit Rocket launches, they will take one process at a time, in three stages.

  1. Map it and set the baseline

They will map one process as it really runs, from your records and from the people who do the work, and measure it before anything changes.

  2. Build where your team already works

They will rebuild the steps inside the system your business already keeps its records in: the rules, the AI-assisted steps and the approval points.

  3. Prove it in the numbers

Revvy will measure the same process again at 90 and 180 days, against the baseline, once its before-and-after screen is built. Only realized change will count.

How a change will be counted

The same rules as the rest of Revvy.

Revvy will count a process change the way it counts revenue: as a range with its working, with missing inputs left out rather than read as zero, and with nothing counted twice.

In earnings (EBITDA), a saving will count only once the cost has actually come out of the business. Staff hours a change frees up will be shown beside that figure, never inside it. Revvy holds no multiple of its own, so a valuation appears only when you enter one.

Profit Rocket is in development. Its process view, the four-way sort and the before-and-after proof are not in the live demo yet; what the live demo runs is Revvy's revenue analysis. Revvy takes records by CSV import today, and live ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro and Jobber connections are planned.
